Welcome to the The London Tile Company delivery hub, where we aim to answer all your questions regarding the delivery of your tiles & goods. We work with the top UK shipping couriers to provide you the best service possible.
We currently offer free delivery to UK Mainland for orders over £300 ex-VAT, and simple honestly-priced delivery options for all orders below that. We also offer a free click & collect service from any of our branches located in the South of the UK.
Free delivery
When you spend over £300 ex-VAT (£360 inc-VAT) we'll cover your shipping costs to UK Mainland addresses. This is our way of saying thankyou for shopping with us and trusting us to get your project off to a great start. We can't currently offer free shipping to addresses in the Scottish Highlands, or any off-shore Islands as shipping rates & courier surcharges to these locations fluctuate. Please note that special order items or items delivered straight from the manufacturer are exempt from free shipping.
Click & collect
We offer a free click & collect service on all tiles and products that we stock in our main warehouse. Click & collect orders are available to pick up from any of our branches across the South of the UK. You can select your desired pick up location during checkout, and please allow 3 - 5 days for your order to reach your selected London Tile Company branch.

Delivery rates & times to Mainland UK
Our standard delivery rates to the UK Mainland are displayed in to the left. We work to keep our delivery rates competitive, so they may change from time to time.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Some weekend and same day services may be available. Contact us for a quote on these delivery options.
Our couriers deliver between 08:00am and 18:00pm on working days. Some couriers may offer you more precise time slots for your deliveries.
Most London Tile Company orders are despatched same day on a 1 - 3 working day delivery service if ordered before the 1pm delivery cut off time.
Please note; all pallet deliveries are kerbside only. Certain types of driveways can be problematic for pump-trucks, gravel or loose stone for example.

Delivery rates & times to Scottish Highlands
We offer a simplified service to the Scottish highlands because of the geographical location and limitations on the couriers that deliver there. Whilst simplified, a full 1 - 3 working day service is still offered on parcels, and a 3 - 4 day service for pallets.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays. Some weekend and same day services may be available. Contact us for a quote on these delivery options. We offer a simplified service to the Off Shore Islands around the UK because of the geographical location and limitations on the couriers that deliver there. Whilst simplified, a full 1 - 3 working day service is still offered on parcels, and a 3 - 4 day service for pallets.

Where is my order?
All orders should be delivered within 1 - 3 working days after it has been dispatched from The London Tile Company. Orders placed before 1pm usually are dispatched the same day. If you are expecting a delivery and it hasn't arrived by 3pm on the day you expect, please email us or call our advice line on 0333 320 80 48.
We use third party couriers to deliver orders. Over 99% of deliveries are made on time, but every now and again there will be a problem. We suggest that you order the goods several days in advance of the day you actually require them.
Delivery Damages
It is extremely important that you indicate the damages on the delivery note when you sign for the goods. You must notify London Tile by emailing us or calling 0333 320 80 48 if there are any damages or irregularities to your order within 24 hours of delivery.
After you have notified us of the damages, replacement goods will be sent out as soon as possible.
The majority of goods reach the destination undamaged; however, damages during transit do sometimes occur.
Please ensure that you've allowed extra time for your order to arrive as The London Tile Company cannot be held responsible for extra costs incurred by the goods being delayed.
Special Order Items
We supply a number of products direct from manufacturer. This allows us to offer lower pricing as we don't need to stock the items, and it's better for the planet as it removes unnecessary stock movement. These products are exempt from free shipping rules, and aren't available for click and collect as they are not stocked in any of our stores. You can tell if a product is stocked or special order by looking at the product page and seeing if there is a tick box to notify you that the product is special order and shipped direct from manufacturer.
