The Genesis ESQ Stainless Steel Quadrant Tile Trim is a round edged profile meant to protect the edging of your tile project.
Stainless steel profiles like the Genesis ESQ should be always chosen where high levels of hygiene are sought, such as food processing industries, breweries, dairies and hospitals.
This trim is also suitable for situations where complete or partial water submersion occurs, such as swimming pool ladders, steps, and pool/spa structures. These trims come in 2.5 metre long lengths and can be easily cut to size.
Allow Tile Trim 1.5 - 2.0mm larger than your tiles to account for adhesive. Genesis ESQ trims come in Grade 304 (1.4301) stainless steel as standard, with a Grade 316 option also available.
Available in bespoke powder coating to any RAL number on request.
Follow the guide below to install Genesis ESQ Tile Trims
- Select ESQ according to tile thickness.
- Trowel tile adhesive over the area that forms the perimeter of the tiled covering.
- Press the perforated anchoring leg of the ESQ, into the tile adhesive and align, mechanical fix if required
- Trowel additional adhesive over the perforated anchoring leg to ensure full coverage.
- Solidly embed the tiles so that the tiled surface is flush with the top of the profile(the profile should not be higher than the tiled surface, but rather up to approx.1 mm lower).
- Fill the joint completely with grout.
Delivery Options
Genesis ESQ trims protectors are delivered direct from the manufacturer. Because they comes in 2.5 metre lengths, there is an automatic £15.99 long length standard delivery charge. These trims are then despatched by the manufacturer on a 1 - 2 day service.
