Ordering Johnsons Sample Tiles
Johnsons Prismatics are shipped direct from Johnsons Tiles. To order a sample tile direct from Johnsons, please click here. To reduce the environmental impact, Johnsons Tiles samples are provided as 100x100mm cuts. If you wish to order a larger sample, call 01782 524043 or email samples@johnson-tiles.com.
Delivery Times
Johnsons Prismatics tiles are shipped to you direct from the manufacturer. If ordered with other items stocked in our warehouses they may arrive at different times. Johnsons Tiles ship their items on a 3-4 day service.
Delivery times for all delivery services are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 8am - 6pm. A 'working day' is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Weekends and bank holidays do not count as working days.
Delivery Costs
Johnsons Prismatics tiles are shipped to you direct from the manufacturer. Johnsons Tiles have their own delivery charges. Any order under 120kg is charged at £22.00 ex VAT, and anything over is charged a £68.00 ex VAT for a pallet. For information on delivery costs, please visit the main Delivery page.
Delivery Damages
It's important that you indicate the damages on the delivery note when you sign for the goods. Notify The London Tile Company by calling our advice line on 0333 320 80 48 if there are any damages or irregularities to your order within 24 hours of delivery.
